Web Site Design
Our qualified designers ensure every website we design is of the highest possible standard, is cross-platform and cross-browser compatible and adheres to the latest World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) standards and accessibility standards for impaired users. With over 10 years experience designing and building professional websites you can be sure you'll be getting a quality product.
The Process
Before we design your site we will ask that you browse the web and let us know of any sites you particularly like the look and feel of so we both know what you like and this will help us guide you to the perfect site for your business.
MySiteManager incorporates a state of the art content management system that allows you to easily make changes to your site. Simply log in through your browser with your username and password and you are presented with an easy to understand interface that allows you to control the items on your navigation menu and a simple "Microsoft Word™" style interface which allows you to edit the text and images on your website.
Colours
We ask that you to supply us with examples of your company stationery or logo and any promotional materials such as brochures or leaflets you would like incorporating into your site. This ensures consistent branding across the company. Of course if you don't have a logo we'll be happy to design one for you!
Images and Pictures
A text only site can be extremely dull for visitors, why not show examples of your company's products or past work, or pictures of your staff? Of course if you can't supply any images we can brighten up your site with stock images and photography. And remember with MySiteManager you can add unlimited pictures to your image library at any time.
Hosting
Your MySiteManager subscription includes web design and hosting. Your site will be hosted on our UK based, dedicated, managed Windows server. Our data is backed up locally every day and transferred to a remote back up facility once a month. The server is housed in a UK data centre featuring:

Full access to the MySiteManager Control Panel
Access the MySiteManager control panel at any time from any computer connected to the Internet. Make any changes you wish* at any time** using our easy-to-use WYSIWYG online HTML editor, promote your business using the newsletter system, online shop, blog tools or search engine tools.
Unlimited Email Accounts
Add as many or as few email accounts as you require, all included in the price. Access your email via Outlook or other desktop email programs, via your mobile phone or PDA or online via our easy to use webmail system. There's no restriction on attachment size or the number of emails you send. All we ask is that you do not send spam emails!
Technical Support
All MySiteManager customers receive access to our Technical Support portal where you can find answers to our most frequently asked questions and contact our Technical Support team via our Support Ticket system which allows us to track and rectify your technical issues quickly and effectively.

** From time to time we will undertake system maintenance which may mean the Control Panel is unavailable. We will endeavour to inform our customers in advance of any outage.
